Sukhpreet is a Physiotherapist with over eight years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2016, followed by a Master’s degree in Orthopedics with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including acute care, private outpatient clinics, and sports rehabilitation.

Sukhpreet’s clinical expertise includes post-operative rehabilitation (e.g., ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repairs, and joint replacements), management of chronic spinal conditions such as mechanical low back and cervical pain, and functional restoration programs for post-stroke patients. Prior to relocating to Canada, he also served as the Physiotherapist for the Punjab Basketball Association, where he focused on athletic injury prevention, acute injury management, sport-specific conditioning, biomechanical analysis and return-to-sport protocols for national-level athletes.

Sukhpreet is passionate about evidence-informed practice and individualized patient care. His treatment approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education and patient education to support optimal recovery and long-term self-management. He is committed to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health.

Outside of work, Sukhpreet enjoys hiking, riding his motorcycle and playing outdoor sports. He is dedicated to helping people return to the activities they love and take control of their recovery journey.
