She develops goals collaboratively with patients and adjusts rehabilitation as they progress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and referring for medical assessment when needed.
She supports pregnancy and postpartum recovery, including pelvic girdle and back pain, diastasis recti, core weakness, and C-section rehabilitation and scar management. She also provides rehabilitation following endometriosis surgery, hysterectomy, and prostate surgery, focusing on scar mobility, pelvic floor and abdominal muscle recovery, and a gradual return to daily activities and exercise.

These include frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, hip and SI joint concerns, jaw dysfunction, neck-related headaches, tennis elbow, and Achilles tendinopathy. She also provides rehabilitation following joint replacements, arthroscopies, and tendon repairs to help restore mobility, strength, and function.
Her treatment approach combines therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and education with manual therapy, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, dry needling/IMS, shockwave therapy, and cupping, according to each patient’s needs.
Sandeep values clear communication and supportive, individualized care. She helps patients understand their symptoms, build confidence in movement, and take an active role in recovery. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, practising yoga, reading, and exercising in her small home gym.
