Mitchell Friesen
Registered Massage Therapist
Michell grew up playing competitive hockey and was first introduced to massage therapy through his own experience with injuries. His recovery was greatly supported by an athletic therapist trained in massage therapy, sparking his interest in the field.
After completing his junior hockey career, Mitchell pursued studies in kinesiology at UBC Okanagan and later in massage therapy in Vernon. His approach to treatment includes a variety of techniques, particularly Neurokinetic Therapy, fascial release, and deep tissue therapy, with a focus on reducing pain and improving muscle function.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys biking, paddleboarding, and taking his dog for walks.
