My name is Meghan and I am a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy, registered in 2018.
Prior to becoming a RMT, I completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 2013 from UBCO. After graduation I worked in sport administration coordinating grassroots programs for Basketball BC and BC Athletics. Although that work was rewarding, I felt I was called to a more hands on career that blended health care and my desire to help people.
My treatment style can be described as ‘flowy and focused’. A combination of Swedish massage techniques with focused therapeutic methods that include neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, fascial work, and active stretching. My adaptable approach allows each session to be both relaxing and rehabilitative, tailored to meet my patients exactly where they are in their health journey.
I have experience supporting individuals managing:
- Postural imbalances and overuse injuries
- Arthritis and chronic pain conditions
- Sports injuries & post surgical rehab
- Tension headaches and nerve impingements
- Pre & post-natal care
Whether your goal is stress relief, improved mobility, or pain management, my focus is on helping you restore balance and achieve sustainable wellness
When I’m not working, you can find me with my family and dog (mostly trying to keep up with my young son). I love keeping active, enjoying the outdoors and what the Okanagan has to offer as a new resident!
