The focus of Personal Training is to help improve body composition, and physical performance and achieve health-related goals and outcomes.
Training sessions are individually tailored to each client and will focus on areas such as:

- Powerlifting education & guidance.
At our clinics, a university-trained kinesiologist will provide customized training programs to meet the client’s needs and ensure progress and consistency.
